Build a mobile friendly website front end & backend, Баришівка

Standards:
=========
- Provide approach as a word document.
- Must be able to skype call and talk on progress on a daily basis with fluent English.
- Follow Coding standards.
- Deliver both front end and back end.
- Provide demo to make sure all requirements are met.
- Version app as needed.

Functionality:
==============
- As a user I should be able to open a webpage register, login and able to view list of items, choose, add to cart and checkout using paypal, see history of purchase and logout.
- As an admin I should be able login to admin console, add, edit, remove items, view purchases of a user in backend, see purchase details, receive email on confirmed purchase to configured email id.

Front end (ask details)
========
- Need login / logout page
- Needs list view page to show list of items and update upon refresh.
- Needs add to cart and check out integration with paypal.
- Must support all screensizes for laptop and mobile - landscape and portrait.

Backend
========
- Help choose a free license tool to develop and host. Discuss and finalize as part of approach document.
- Must have a console to add / edit / remove item and push to front end. (//www.ukrboard.com.ua)
- Help choose optimum hosting space.
- logic to login authentication, logout, session timeout.

Note:
- paypal merchant id will be provided for backend.
- milestone payment will be released only upon successful demo and delivery of app.
- possibility of future milestone.

-Become familiar with the competition to stay ahead of them

Qualifications
-PHP Frameworks, Web Design, Backend Development
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships
-Must understand customer relationship management (CRM)
-Ability to work well with others and lead a team
-Must be self-motivated, flexible and able to manage several jobs at one time
